We grow a wide variety of veggies on our farm. We do not grow melons or sweet corn because of the amount of space they require, but we grow nearly everything else! We raise all of our veggies using organic methods, but we are not certified organic.
We grow many different varieties of certain items like tomatoes, but the specific mix of varieties changes from year to year, depending on what grows well in our area and what we and our CSA members like best!
Here's a list of the items we're growing in 2010. All of these will likely appear in our CSA shares, and certain items will appear at select farmers' market locations.
